TEATRO DEL DRAGO is a puppet theatre company based on the long theatrical vocation of the Monticelli Family which stretches back to 1820 and its founder, Ariodante Monticelli. Today, brothers Mauro and Andrea represent the fifth generation in this unbroken family tradition. This is the reason why the company today follows two distinct artistic directions, namely Experimentation and Tradition which, though clearly separate, combine together perfectly.

Le TEATRO DEL DRAGO est une compagnie de théatre de tradition qui se base sur la longue activité professionelle de la famille Monticelli dont le débout remonte aux environs de 1820 avec Ariodante, premier membre de la famille et qui se poursuit aujourd'hui avec les frères Mauro et Andrea qui représentent la cinquième génération. C'est pourquoi le travaille de la Compagnie se développe sur deux plans distincts: la Recherche et la Tradition qui coexistent et s'intégrent parfaitement.
